Malcolm Hawkins

Thomas “Malcolm” Hawkins earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Texas State University in 1989 before completing his MBA at the University of Houston–Clear Lake. An accomplished entrepreneur and business executive, he co-founded Colt International, LLC, growing the company into a global leader in aviation fuel and international trip planning services. Following the successful sale of Colt International to World Fuel Services in 2014, Malcolm continued with the organization and now serves as Senior Vice President of Business Aviation, where he leads global sales initiatives, oversees the Air Elite FBO network, and advances sustainable aviation fuel solutions across the industry. Beyond his corporate leadership, he remains connected to his agricultural roots as owner of Autrey Cattle Company, LLC.

Inspired by the lifelong example of his educator parents, Malcolm has made education a cornerstone of his philanthropy. Together with his wife, he established endowed scholarships at Texas State supporting students in agriculture and future teachers, with a focus on first-generation students and those with financial need. Their generosity reflects a belief in expanding educational opportunity and investing in future leaders.
