Pamela Wills-Ward earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management (1987) and Master of Business Administration (1994) from Texas State University before launching a distinguished career centered on people, leadership, and organizational excellence. As Chief People & Strategy Officer for MW Logistics and President of the MW Cares Foundation, she brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in human resources, talent strategy, and organizational development. Her career has been defined by building high-performing cultures, guiding business growth, leading transformational initiatives, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Recognized nationally for her influence in the logistics industry, she has become a respected voice on leadership, workforce strategy, and creating organizations where people can thrive.
A passionate advocate for education and opportunity, Pamela has remained deeply connected to Texas State through service, philanthropy, and leadership. She serves on the Texas State Development Foundation Board and, alongside her husband, has made transformational investments in scholarships, student-athlete success, and academic excellence, including support for the university's Athletic Academic Center and an endowed scholarship for McCoy College students.
