Cats Corner will be featured at select home games this season, offering our most immersive alumni tailgate experience. At all other home games, the Alumni Association will partner with Texas State Athletics to bring Bobcat pride to life through spirited photo ops, giveaways, and pop-up moments across Bobcat tailgate—because every game day is an opportunity to show your Bobcat pride.

With Texas State’s move to the PAC‑12 on the horizon, this fall marks an exciting new chapter for Bobcat fans. It’s a season that brings more energy and more ways to show up for Texas State. We’re building a tailgate that reflects the growing momentum of our university and alumni community. This year’s game day experience sets the tone for the next era—bigger, bolder, and unmistakably maroon and gold.

    • Tailgate admission is free for children 12 and under.
    • Tailgate times are subject to change based on the football game time.
    • Outside beverages are not permitted inside Cats Corner.

  • Personal beverages and coolers are not permitted inside Cats Corner. Valid ID required for alcohol service. Alcohol service ends one hour prior to kickoff. 

  • Both free and paid parking are available to the general public on game days. Review the TXST Game Day map and cost to decide the best public parking option for a great game day experience. Parking lots surrounding the stadium are managed by Texas State Athletics and Bobcat Club.
