Her expertise in people leadership, program development, process improvements and relationships management has led her to her roles as the Director, Strategic Outreach/ Provider Relations at Children’s Health.

Becki received her BA in Organizational Communication from Texas State University. She has been married to her husband, Steve, for 29 years and have 2 adult sons. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her family and serving in various community volunteer board including Melissa Booster Club, the Melissa Education Foundation and Sigma Phi Epsilon – Oklahoma Alpha Board. She is a past member of Alpha Xi Delta Corporation Board. Becki is a recent graduate of Leadership North Texas and a proud recipient of Dave Campell’s Texas High School Football Community Helper Award.

Steve has spent the past 25+ years in technology sales with companies like IBM, Splunk and Cisco. He specializes in customer-facing consultative selling. Steve is a 1994 SWT Graduate with a Communications Degree and holds a Master's Degree in Managerial Sciences. He's married to his SWT College Sweetheart for 29 years and has 2 adult sons.

Production Operations Lead at Lockheed Martin

Derek N. Lopez (B.S. Industrial Engineering, Texas State University, 2012; EMBA in Aerospace & Defense, University of Oklahoma, 2025) manages the PAC-3 Sustainment Production Operations Line of business at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control. With over a decade of experience in aerospace and defense, Derek has led major strategic initiatives supporting programs for NASA, Boeing, Raytheon, and Lockheed Martin, including programs such as the F-35, F-16, PAC-3, Space Launch System and the High-Energy Laser Weapon System. He is also the founder of DNL Collective Group, a logistics and consulting firm advancing innovation in supply chain strategy. Derek also holds certifications from MIT in systems engineering and Commercial Space Applications from the University of Oklahoma.
